TAMPA, Fla. —  Enviro-Serv announced today its intent to aggressively commence subsidiary expansion with current subsidiary X-Terminate Pest Management and future new wholly owned subsidiary acquisitions.

Enviro-Serv CEO Chris Trina, stated, "There hasn't been a time like the present in our short existence to put the pedal to the metal and aggressively grow our top and bottom line here at Enviro-Serv. The quickest and most effective method to accomplish this goal is to immediately pull out all stops and aggressively pursue larger than previously planned acquisitions in seeking our second and third pest control subsidiaries within a couple months or so. I have just identified last Friday via a conference call from a Florida industry leading pest control business broker that represents the seller that a very successful St. Petersburg based pest operation has come up for sale just last week. Due to confidentiality reasons I am legally unable at this time to disclose the name of the operation but can safely state annual sales exceeding one million dollars and also the business holds all licenses for pest control in the state of Florida. I am working diligently this upcoming week to sit down with the broker and business owner to discuss the timing and terms of this acquisition to see if there is a fit. I have seen a snap shot of their strong financials and this is the type of acquisition that makes shareholders very happy to be part of if we can buy it fairly. Additionally after a long delay from the seller, Gary Cole will be personally handling negotiations in attempting to finalize and close the previously announced LOI of Inland Pest Control and hope to have our arms around this deal by the end of February. Gary has a business relationship with the seller for over 5 years and I have the utmost confidence he will secure this deal for Enviro-Serv."

Trina also had this to say about subsidiary X-Terminate Inc., "After conducting strategy sessions the last two weeks with the management of X-Terminate we all agree the timing is perfect to get extremely aggressive in marketing, advertising and expansion on all fronts. We have retained new webmasters last week to enhance the X-Terminate website and to regain the major traction once held on this site with potential online clients and visitors utilizing our site to book appointments and/or learn about our special services. Although the website was functional last year it wasn't being maximized to its fullest like it will be this entire year moving forward. We strongly believe revenues can increase 10-20 % through our website enhancement program. Additionally Enviro-Serv has committed financial resources in two major areas if needed; Advertising & marketing and Contract purchases are of utmost urgency to saturate the Tampa Bay market prior to the beginning of the April termite season. We are also advertising currently in trade journals and classified ads to hire an experienced full time lawn and ornamental crew to ramp up that segment of our business. Next week we begin aggressive negotiations in purchasing GHP and Lawn routes under contract as well. I am most excited however in our goal to bring the branding and recognition of X-Terminate, Florida's first orange oil experts in dry wood termite eradication to other major metropolitan areas such as Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami."
