Environmental Pest Service Ranked #17 on 'Florida Fast 100' List

SARASOTA, Fla. (September 28, 2015) – Environmental Pest Service (EPS) is ranked No. 17 on the “Florida Fast 100” list, a ranking of the fastest growing privately held companies in Florida.

 

The list was compiled from companies that were ranked on the “Fast 50” lists from the American City publishing group’s Florida business journals: Tampa Bay Business Journal, South Florida Business Journal, Orlando Business Journal and Jacksonville Business Journal. The “Fast 50” list is an annual compilation of the fastest-growing companies in each publication’s respective area; EPS ranked No. 6 on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s list.

 

Rankings were determined by revenue growth over the past three years. EPS increased annual revenues from $8.64 million in 2012 to $33.99 million in 2014, a 293 percent increase.

 

EPS completed 63 mergers and acquisitions with companies throughout Florida and Georgia from 2012 to 2014, while continuing to have solid organic growth, a testament to how it is maintaining its core values of quality service and deep, long-term relationships with its customers.

This year, EPS was ranked No. 22 in Pest Control Technology’s “Top 100,” a compilation of the nation’s largest pest control companies based on revenues; No. 184 on the Business Observer’s “Gulf Coast 500,” a ranking of the largest companies in west-central and southwest Florida based on revenues; and No. 1,055 on the “Inc. 5000,” Inc. magazine’s ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
