Envu
CARY, N.C. – Envu announced it is hosting a free webinar for pest management professionals titled “How to Grow Your Business with Mosquito Add-On Services,” on Thursday, Feb. 26. This educational session will cover mosquito service trends, mosquito biology and provide guidance to diversify a business model to add-on mosquito services, Envu said.
Mosquito management and specialty business manager, Shawn Mullen, will talk about Envu products including Scion with UVX Technology and/or Talstar P Professional insecticides, the In2Care Mosquito Station and Barricor Essential Mosquito Control. Register for the webinar at us.envu.com/grow-your-business.
“Some 85% of PMPs declare mosquito control as an add-on service within their offering, and for good reason,” said Mullen. “According to a national survey of American homeowners, conducted by NaturaLawn2 of America, 74% of homeowners are concerned about mosquitoes in their yard this season. This webinar gives PMPs actionable steps to confidently expand mosquito services while improving profitability.”
Mullen will also discuss the ROI benefits of the In2Care Mosquito Station, Envu said. PMPs can offer In2Care as an add-on to traditional fogging for approximately $125+ per service cycle or as a standalone service at $30–$50 per visit, according to the company. On average, PMPs deploy two to three stations per yard. Barricor Essential Mosquito Control delivers both same-day knockdown with 100% mortality within 24 hours* and “always on” auto-dissemination control, while also providing consistent return service opportunities every four to six weeks, Envu reported. These two products, the company said, create a reliable pairing with minimal impact on the environment, harming only mosquitoes.
