
SARASOTA, Fla. – David Bradford has been named chief financial officer (CFO) of Environmental Pest Service (EPS). Bradford brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance to the EPS team. His extensive experience working with companies that have grown quickly and that serve a large geographic area will prove extremely beneficial at EPS, as it is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the nation.
“David’s experience with technology and working with fast-growing companies is a perfect fit for Environmental Pest Service’s aggressive growth strategy,” said Joe Finney, CEO of EPS. “We are thrilled to have a financial expert of his caliber join our team.”
Prior to joining EPS, Bradford was the CDO of Outdoor Reservation Management Group (ORMG), a start-up e-commerce software company. Prior to ORMG, he held titles of Vice President Treasurer and Vice President Controller at Spirit Airlines, where he helped design and implement an industry-changing reservation system for the airline. During Bradford’s time at Spirit, revenue more than doubled, the airline returned to profitability and had an Initial Public Offering.
He has also held high-level finance positions at United Maritime Group and Tupperware Brands Corporation.
Bradford earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas – Arlington and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
