SPRING HILL, Fla. – Bug Out Service, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service (EPS), has acquired Hernando county, FL-based Tropicare Pest Control. The acquisition adds density to Bug Out’s presence on the west coast of Florida, adding approx. $1.1 million in revenue and more than 1,900 pest, termite and lawn service customers. This marks EPS’s 98th acquisition since 2010 and the 5th in 2020.
For more than 40 years, Tropicare has been offering residential and commercial pest control services to the residents of the west coast of Florida. In addition, 10 employees, including service technicians and administrative staff have joined the Bug Out team.
