PASADENA, Texas - Control Solutions Inc (CSI) announced that Heather Erskine has been promoted to technical services manager.
Erskine joined CSI in 2017, serving as project manager on the Product Development Team, where she advanced her skills and experience. As a project manager, she was acutely involved in a wide variety of product stages and milestones from concept to commercialization, including manufacturing, formulation, and regulatory. She supported CSI’s new product development processes, helping to ensure the team achieved superior product launches.
Erskine came on board after graduating from the University of Florida, where she earned her bachelors and masters degrees in entomology with a specialization in urban pest management. During her time as a student, she conducted research on critical pests of our industry, including bed bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. Erskine also brings a unique background and pest management experience earned while working on her family-owned golf course and cow-calf operation in Florida.
