The East Tennessee Pest Control Association (ETPCA) held its annual Smoky Mountain Pest Professional Conference on March 6 in Knoxville, Tenn. The day of training attracted more than 150 service professionals and owners to learn from nationally known speakers.

During the general membership meeting, the association paid tribute to Jerry Seabolt, who after 20 years with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture is retiring.
