Evolve YT Releases Innovative Generations eBook

The free eBook, “Bridging Generational Gaps in the Workplace,” discusses how to embrace generational differences in the workplace.


TRENTON, N.J. – Bridging the generational gap in the workplace is a problem that many businesses struggle with and yet we fail to embrace the differences that could successfully bring teams together. Even though we know that generational differences exist, we don’t realize the problems created by ignoring them, which is why Evolve YT made its free eBook “Bridging Generational Gaps in the Workplace.” 

“Different generations in the workplace should be a blessing and not a curse,” said Evolve YT CEO Phil Cooper. “Each generation offers a unique insight and perspective into different avenues that when understood, can be a recipe for success.” 

Generational differences are quickly becoming a trending topic among various industries, including Pest Control, which is why the experts at Evolve YT wanted to develop an eBook on ways to embrace the differences and how companies can flourish by doing so. 

According to a Forbes article, the greatest generational differences found in a work place were “communication skills, adapting to change, technical skills, and cross-departmental collaboration.” Addressing these points and other generational "Sticking Points" as described by Haydn Shaw, can help businesses overcome the challenges that generational differences present and set up them for future success.
