TRENTON, N.J. – Getting different generations to work on the same page can be a bit of a challenge for many companies, however, there are ways to get them working seamlessly.
Evolve YT’s Bridging Generations course is now open for enrollment, which begins on Sept. 9 and runs until Oct. 14.
The Bridging Generations course focuses on identifying and understanding generations, the effects of the Mature, Baby Boomer, Gen X, Gen Y and Gen Z generations. Students will also learn how to communicate, market, hire and more, in a way that appeals to the varying generations both professionally and personally.
Students can expect to participate in an interactive, virtual classroom setting with required readings and homework. Upon completion of the course, students will be required to submit a final project that will be reviewed and assessed by the Evolve YT team with the student’s supervisor.
