February is National Pesticide Safety Education Month

The goal is to reinforce core principles of safe handling and use of pesticides, and raise awareness of the land-grant university Pesticide Safety Education Programs.

February marks the second annual National Pesticide Safety Education Month to reinforce core principles of safe handling and use of pesticides, and to raise awareness of the land-grant university Pesticide Safety Education Programs (PSEPs). Pesticide safety is an absolute requirement when using the chemical component of IPM.
