Fieldwork Adds Appointment Confirmation Emails and Scheduling Text-Alerts

NILES, Ill. — Anstar Products has released two new features for its pest management software, Fieldwork.  Available immediately, Fieldwork customers now have access to automated appointment confirmation emails and text alerts to technicians in the field.

Automated appointment confirmation emails allow customers to be notified of upcoming appointments and provides them with a simple online form where they confirm their appointments by submitting the form back to your Fieldwork account. This free addition to Fieldwork is a time saving feature that improves office efficiency, the company reports.

In addition to the automated confirmations, Fieldwork users can now enable text alerts to technicians for same-day scheduling changes. New and modified appointments will instantly trigger a text message to the technician's mobile device. If they are using the Fieldwork mobile app, the changes are also reflected within the app on their digital daily schedule.

These new features come on the coat-tails of Fieldwork's recently released customer portal, Paypal integration, Android app, and Brother mobile printing integration - all of which where free additions to the software.
