NILES, Ill. — Anstar Products has released two new features for its pest management software, Fieldwork. Available immediately, Fieldwork users now have the ability to document each service or inspection with photos and view all past service notes directly through the Fieldwork Mobile iOS and Android app.
Photo documentation creates a second-page addendum to service reports detailing both the image and notes based on the technician’s findings. The photos are available in real-time to office staff and to customers through the printed or emailed service report and through your private Customer Portal.
Now, with the addition of service history for each location, Technician’s are never without pertinent past service or inspection data. In each Service Location’s detailed page in the Fieldwork Mobile app, technicians can scroll through and view all past notes and chemical/material use for each service.
In addition to the photo documentation and access to service history, Fieldwork Mobile app users can now add New Customers and new Work Orders directly from the mobile app. Information added through the mobile app, including customers and work orders, is synced in real-time to the user’s online Fieldwork account.
These new features are recent improvements to the Fieldwork Mobile app that also tracks detailed chemical use, includes custom PDF integration, manages pest activity through scanning barcoded devices, tracks technician location through GPS technology, captures digital customer and technician signatures, and communicates all service related information to the online system in real-time.
