BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Flash Exterminating, Brooklyn N.Y, announced the acquisition of Cooks Pest Control, also located in Brooklyn and owned by Charles Cook.
The two companies share a identical mix of commercial, residential and wildlife control clients. "We fit like a glove," says Flash Exterminating Account Manager James Swint.
Merging will provide a strong presence for pest control in the New York City market and give them the ability to expand their quality control departments, Swint added. "We want to increase the quality of our work so when a client calls for Flash they know they are receiving a brand that cares about their product," he said.
