BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Fleetio reported continued growth in the first half of 2025, fueled by new product features, strategic partnerships and ongoing industry investment.

The company, which has facilitated more than 52 million service tasks since its founding in 2012, focused on tools that improve visibility, reduce manual work and help fleets manage rising operational costs. Recent updates include automation features that save users time, warranty tracking that improves cost recovery, and service templates for heavy equipment maintenance.

“We’re reducing the rising pressure on fleet operations through smarter automation and stronger data connectivity across the entire fleet ecosystem, saving hours spent on repetitive tasks and providing deeper insights,” said Jon Meachin, CEO at Fleetio. “Looking ahead, we’re focused on building tools that uncover hidden costs and make it easier to manage shared assets, so fleets can stay in control, even as operations grow more complex.”

In March, Fleetio acquired Auto Integrate, a leading maintenance authorization platform. Together, the platforms now support more than 8 million vehicles and process over 13 million repair orders annually across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Fleetio also expanded its Maintenance Shop Network, offering new tools for service providers, including a Vendor Portal with real-time billing transparency and a Repair Progress Tracker that improves communication and service visibility.

Additional updates include geofencing tools for asset tracking, advanced analytics dashboards and new integrations with fuel management systems and heavy equipment manufacturers.

Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce features such as asset utilization scoring, smart vehicle booking and AI-powered service entry to further streamline operations.

Fleetio’s user survey shows that nearly 90% of customers believe the platform pays for itself through increased efficiency and on-time maintenance.

The company recently received its fourth Stevie Award for Customer Service and was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. It also awarded six scholarships through its ASE certification program, supporting technician development across the fleet industry.
