Fleetio announced at Work Truck Week the open beta of Service Advisor, an AI tool designed to help fleet managers approve high-volume repairs faster and more consistently. Early results show assets spend 16% fewer hours in the shop, reducing delays and costs, the company reported.
As rising expenses strain maintenance budgets, Service Advisor evaluates repair orders, prioritizes issues and provides guidance to streamline decisions. The tool draws on more than a decade of service data to improve consistency and reduce unnecessary spending.
The launch follows Smart Uploads, which converts invoices into structured data, cutting manual entry time.
CTO Jorge Valdivia said the feature strengthens human decision-making while automating workflows.
Service Advisor is available in open beta to current customers through Fleetio settings. More information is available online.
