BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Fleetio has appointed Leslie Henthorn as the company’s first chief marketing officer, joining the executive leadership team as the fleet maintenance software provider expands its enterprise presence.
Henthorn has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience at technology companies including Ironclad and Twilio.
Her appointment follows a period of continued growth for Fleetio. The company ranked No. 295 on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and No. 28 on The Software Report’s Top 50 Software Companies of 2025.
Earlier this year, Fleetio acquired Auto Integrate, expanding the company’s connected maintenance data and bringing its network to more than 9 million vehicles and more than 8,000 customers worldwide. The combined data informs product development and features aimed at reducing administrative work and improving fleet maintenance workflows. Recent updates include early-access tools such as Smart Uploads and automated repair order assessments.

At Ironclad, Henthorn led efforts to increase inbound new-business pipeline and repositioned the company for more enterprise customers. At Twilio, she oversaw global marketing initiatives and helped evolve the company’s go-to-market strategy.
