Florida Homebuilder Wins Syngenta’s IBS Grand Prize

GREENSBORO, N.C.  – Andrew McIntee, an Orlando area homebuilder, was randomly selected as the grand prize winner of a two-year lease of a new 2005 HUMMER® H2 or cash equivalent, following the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Orlando. The prize was given away by Syngenta, manufacturer of Impasse Termite Blocker.

IBS attendees registered for the sweepstakes at the Impasse Termite Blocker booth, and a third-party firm randomly selected McIntee following the trade show. McIntee is a construction manager with Paul R. McIntee Building, Inc., a homebuilder based in Kissimmee, Fla. McIntee selected the cash prize option and a check for $20,000 was presented to him on Feb. 2nd in downtown Orlando.
