KIRKLAND, Wash. – Fly-Bye Bird Control Products has named John Merriman eastern U.S. product sales representative.
Merriman most recently worked for a bird control company in the Pacific Northwest. He started as a technician and within seven months he was promoted to the lead technician/job bidding specialist.
Merriman began his career at the APHIS-Wildlife Servives while earning a B.S. in wildlife from Purdue University. He then pursued a master’s degree in wildlife science from Texas Tech University, studying bird-aircraft strike risk for the Air Force in western Texas and eastern New Mexico.
