FMC Names Mount Pest Product Development Lead

PHILADELPHIA - FMC Corporation recently announced the appointment of Brian Mount as pest product development lead for FMC Professional Solutions.

In his new position, Mount will focus on developing products for the General Household Pest, Termite and Consumer segments of FMC. His role includes developing and implementing research protocols as well as fostering relationships with university and private cooperators and key industry influencers, FMC said.

Mount joined FMC in 2000 and has held several positions within FMC Professional Solutions, including technical service representative, field technical service representative and Turf and Ornamental market specialist in Florida.

"In the nearly 12 years Brian has been with FMC, he has demonstrated critical thought, knowledge of our industry and ability to communicate complex ideas simply," said Dina Richman, pest product development manager. "We are happy to have him on the development team."

A native of New Jersey, Mount received a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Bryant University and a master's degree in entomology from the University of Nebraska. His experience includes working with several national regional pest management companies, FMC said.
