FMC Professional Solutions Offers CB MicrobeMAX Drain Foam

PHILADELPHIA – FMC Professional Solutions, a business unit of FMC Corporation announces a “green” solution for cleaning drains of fats, oils and greases and for eliminating breeding sites for flies with CB® MicrobeMAX™ volumetric drain foam and MicrobeMAX™ continuous cleaning system from FMC.

The MicrobeMAX volumetric drain foam is a formulation of selected bacteria that consumes and eliminates all FOGs (fats, oils and grease) in drains, P-Traps, sewers and  grease trap systems, effectively eliminating breeding and harborage sites for filth flies and other insects.

The MicrobeMAX continuous cleaning system provides 30 days of automatic control and cleaning by delivering 96 treatments per day into a drain. The metered dispenser pushes the bacterial microbes from a 10-ounce refill that delivers the same power as five gallons of drain cleaning solution.

FMC Professional Solutions acquired the CB Professional Products line of insect control products in late February, and the products are being rebranded as CB Products from FMC.
