DEARBORN, Mich. - Ford Pro, the commercial division of Ford Motor Co., announced a multi-year partnership with ServiceTitan to integrate vehicle data and fleet management tools aimed at trades-based businesses.

The collaboration uses embedded modems on model year 2020 and newer Ford commercial vehicles to connect Ford Pro Data Services with ServiceTitan’s Fleet Pro software. The integration eliminates the need for additional hardware, helping businesses reduce installation time and vehicle downtime.

“This is a modern solution anyone will be able to use,” said Mike Aragon, president of integrated services at Ford. “Our goal is to empower tradespeople with technology specialized for their business.”

The partnership gives ServiceTitan customers in the U.S. and Canada access to real-time vehicle data, diagnostics, and remote functions, including locking and unlocking. Native telematics aim to improve uptime and reduce points of failure compared to aftermarket devices.

ServiceTitan’s software will receive data directly from Ford vehicles, streamlining tasks such as maintenance scheduling and providing insights into driver behavior, fuel use, and vehicle health. The system also integrates with ServiceTitan’s suite of products for scheduling, dispatching, and marketing.

“Nearly half of our customers drive Ford vehicles,” said Vincent Payen, senior vice president at ServiceTitan. “This collaboration enables deeper insights and greater efficiency without the need for plug-in devices.”

Ford Pro and ServiceTitan plan to showcase the integrated system at the ServiceTitan Pantheon conference, scheduled for Sept. 17–19 in Anaheim, Calif.
