CHARLOTTE, N.C. — FORSHAW announced the appointment of Dr. Cassie Krejci as vice president of transformation, a newly created executive role.
In this role, Krejci will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on customer experience, innovation, expansion of FORSHAW’s offerings and development of systems and processes intended to support long-term growth.
Krejci has more than a decade of experience in pest management innovation, commercialization, science leadership and customer enablement. According to the company, she has led cross-functional teams, supported the development of new technologies from concept to market and worked across both B2B and B2C initiatives.
As vice president of transformation, Krejci will oversee FORSHAW’s transformation function, which the company said is intended to strengthen operating cadence, improve cross-functional alignment and support consistent value delivery to customers. Her responsibilities include supporting go-to-market execution for new products and services, advancing innovation initiatives and aligning teams around the company’s long-term strategic priorities.
“Cassie brings expertise in science, business and transformational leadership with deep industry understanding,” said Shane Dooley, president of FORSHAW. “As FORSHAW continues to grow and evolve, this role is about building the systems, discipline and collaboration required to scale while staying true to who we are.”
Tom Forshaw, CEO and owner, said the new role reflects the company’s long-term vision.
“FORSHAW has always been built on strong relationships, service to our customers and a commitment to doing things the right way,” Forshaw said. “Creating the vice president of transformation role is an intentional step in supporting our future, and Cassie’s experience aligns closely with our values.”
Krejci is a board-certified entomologist and science communicator who has served as a keynote speaker, podcast guest and educator across industry platforms, including the New York Stock Exchange’s Inside the ICE House, PCT Magazine, Pest Management Professional and national association forums. She has held leadership and advisory roles within NPMA, Pi Chi Omega and state-level associations and earned her doctorate in entomology from Texas A&M University.
“FORSHAW has built a culture rooted in service, agility and partnership with pest management professionals,” Krejci said. “I’m excited to join the team and contribute to the company’s continued growth alongside the industry.”
