FPMA Announces Search for Executive Vice President

Mickey Nolen, incoming president of the Florida Pest Management Association, annoucned that FPMA is conducting a search for an executive vice president.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Pest Management Association incoming President Mickey Nolen announced today that association will conduct a search for an executive vice president after Nolen is sworn in as president at next week’s annual convention in Marco Island, Florida.

FPMA Government Affairs Director Matt Dempsey has served FPMA as interim executive vice president since December 2006.

 

“Matt Dempsey has served the organization well as we transition from one era to the next. We look forward to Matt’s continued service as FPMA’s voice in Tallahassee and in local governments throughout Florida where he has served our industry so well,” Nolen said.

 

Nolen said the board will announce its criteria for the new executive soon, and hopes to have someone on board in the fall of 2007.
