On May 6, 160 pest management professionals earned at total of eight hours of CEU credit for L&O, CORE, GHP and WDO at 14 IFAS extension office locations in two time zones. The program was a polycom broadcast from the University of Florida Gainesville campus and consisted of speakers from the recent Southeast Pest Management Conference. FPMA Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, Allied members and staff joined University of Florida researchers and IFAS extension personnel to deliver a program created by Drs. Phil Koehler and Claude Thomas and the FPMA Education Committee Chair — a team of 50 spread across the Sunshine State.
Last Call CEUs followed FPMA’s Feb. 23 polycom broadcast of IPM Training from Pest Management University and reinforces the strong partnership between FPMA and the University of Florida IFAS.
