CHARLOTTE, N.C. –– Aruza Pest Control announced the appointment of Frederick “Rick” Angeli as Vice President of Human Resources. With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, including 11 years working with private equity-backed organizations, Angeli brings expertise in policy development, workforce optimization and strategic planning that will help drive Aruza’s continued growth and success, the company said.
Angeli joins Aruza from NSI Industries, where, as vice president of human resources, he was instrumental in leading the integration of nine acquisitions, growing the organization tenfold and implementing strategies to stabilize employee engagement while driving organizational transformation. Known for his innovative solutions and a people-first approach, Angeli has consistently demonstrated his ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
