SOMERDALE, N.J. - Garden State Pest Solutions, Somerdale, N.J., announced it has expanded with the acquisition of Cardinal Pest Control of Glassboro, N.J.
Garden State Pest Solutions Co-Owner Vincent Borgesi said Cardinal Pest Control owner Mike McCarthy, decided to sell to Garden Pest because he was seeking a local company that would continue to provide the most personal and professional services that his customers currently receive.
“It was a perfect match for him choosing Garden State Pest Solutions to make this acquisition deal with considering their exceptional reputation and customer references,” said Borgesi.
Garden State was founded in May 2021 by the husband-wife team of Vincent and Crystal Borgesi, and the couple also has four sons involved in the business. Garden State Pest Solutions specializes in commercial SQF, AIB, NSF, FDA, and Organic audited accounts while also providing residential services.
