BACKGROUND. Rambo brings an extensive and well-rounded perspective, having worked in the pest control industry in various capacities during his tenure, including technical director of the National Pest Management Association. He is currently president of GRCS Inc. a consulting firm specializing in training and development of IPM programs for the pest control industry.
In addition, he has authored a monthly column for PCT and he has done numerous education and training videos while working with the Pest Control Videocassette Network (PCVN). Rambo also has authored correspondence courses for the University of California and a chapter in the Mallis Handbook of Pest Control, 8th edition, on Wood Destroying Fungi. In his career he has also worked as a pest control technician and a technical specialist for Terminix International in the southwest United States.
Rambo also will be sharing his knowledge during the PCT Termite Inspection Seminar tour, which will take place in August – November. The daylong sessions will teach the proper steps to performing an accurate termite inspection.
