HIGH POINT, N.C. — When local residents Chase and Leah Hazelwood found out that a movie named “Ant-Man” (starring Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas) about an insect-tinspired superhero was coming out, they immediately called Four Seasons Theatre in Greensboro to rent a private theatre for their 30 employees and their families. Why? Because the Hazelwoods are the third-generation owners of GoForth Pest & Lawn and how often do you have an A-list movie come out that has to do with pests?
The Hazelwoods and their team at GoForth Pest & Lawn are always looking for ways to celebrate everyone’s hard work in new and exciting ways. They’ve done beach trips, bowling events, cookouts and big parties … but never have they rented a private theatre! The perfect opportunity came in the form of the “Ant-Man” movie!
On Aug. 1 GoForth rented out a theater at the Four Seasons Grande 12 for its entire team along with their extended families to watch the movie together. About 50 people came to join in the fun. Everyone enjoyed the movie, including the owner’s 4-year old son, saying “When I grow up, I want to be Ant-Man!”
