MACON, Ga. – Green Dragon Pest Solutions, manufacturer of Green Dragon Roach Kill announced the addition of several new “For Use” sites on its Green Dragon Roach Kill Product Label.
Jay Mullis, president of Green Dragon Pest Solutions said, “several PCOs had concerns about where they could and could not use Green Dragon Roach Kill so we amended the label to make it absolutely clear.”
The new “For Use” sites were approved by EPA on Nov. 23, 2009 and include motels, hotels, trucks, aircraft, hospitals, apartments, trains, supermarkets, boats, buses, recreational vehicles, ships, apartments, schools, daycare facilities, warehouses, nursing homes, commercial buildings, food handling establishments, military buildings, office buildings, jails, factories, veterinary hospitals, greenhouses, and zoos.
Mullis added, “According to the Georgia Department of Agriculture’s Structural Pest Control Officials, if a product is going to be used in a school, it has to explicitly state ‘For Use in Schools’ on the label. Prior to the label amendment Green Dragon Roach Kill’s label stated ‘For Commercial and Residential Use’ only.”
Mullis added that state officials are closely watching PCOs to ensure strict enforcement of product labels, especially in sensitive environments such as schools, daycares and nursing homes. This label change was made to ensure Green Dragon’s customers can have complete confidence in the use of its product while staying compliant to state regulations.
