The Green Eye Alert is a gravity-activated alert, that provides a drop down visual detection in the event of a termite attack. To monitor, pest management profesisonals walk around and look for a color change. The green will disappear showing a termite attack. Customers will even call PMPs and inform them they have activity, according to manufacturer Angel-Leigh Corp. This client participation will help decrease monitoring time. Other savings can come from a reduction in fleet size, reduced gas costs, reduced insurance claims, and fewer back injuries, according to Angel-Leigh. Termite treatments be made 10 feet on each side of the attached Termite Alert, the manufacturer recommends.
