GREENVILLE, SC – Gregory Pest Solutions announced that it has acquired Co-Operative Exterminating.
Based in Marietta, Ga.., Co-Operative Exterminating was founded in 1972 by the late James and Mae Dugger and has been owned and operated by their daughter, Yvonne Caddell. Over the years, Co-Operative has grown to service some of the largest commercial businesses as well as residential customers around the metro-Atlanta area.
Chairman and CEO, Phil Gregory, stated, “We are delighted to work with Yvonne and her distinguished company.
