GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Solutions President Ben Walker announced that the company has completed negotiations for the purchase of Charleston, S.C.-based Pest Management Resources, Inc.
“Pest Management Resources has been a strong player in the Charleston market, and we look forward to working with their customers and employees,” Walker said.
Pest Management Resources Owner Larry Motes has also joined the Gregory team.
Gregory Pest Solutions Chairman and CEO Phil Gregory added, “We are thrilled to have his knowledge and experience. Larry and his associates are a strong addition to the Gregory family.”
