Gregory Pest Solutions Acquires The Guardian Pest Control

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of The Guardian Pest Control, based in Cartersville, Ga. 

Gregory Pest Chairman and CEO Phil Gregory, commented, “We are thrilled to be working with Kathy and Dale Yarbrough and their impressive company.
