GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Prevention has acquired Hughes Pest Management of Greenville, S.C.

Gregory Pest Prevention was established in 1972 by Phil and Sara Gregory. Known for their high profile lime-green vehicles, the Greenville, S.C-based company has 10 offices strategically located throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama, and is experiencing phenomenal growth and expansion.
“We are constantly seeking acquisition partners who will fit within the value structure and objectives of the Gregory family,” added Gregory CEO Phil Gregory.
