GREENVILLE, S.C. — Gregory Pest Solutions announced the merger of ARMS Pest Management Professionals, a Charleston-based firm. The deal closed in December, making it the fifth company to join the Gregory team in 2018.
Phil Gregory, owner and chairman of the board for Gregory Pest Solutions, said he is pleased to merge with ARMS Pest Management Professionals and offer clients in the coastal South Carolina area expanded coverage. Larry Motes, Gregory's general manager, said, “ARMS’s high-quality customer service makes them a great fit for the Gregory family, and the merger will serve to strengthen our presence in the Summerville and north Charleston areas.”
ARMS owners and operators Billiejean and Ken Tietze stated Gregory’s family values and commitment to quality customer service is what attracted them to Gregory in the first place. Additionally, they both thought a locally-operated company would best serve their customers interests and needs.
