HONOLULU – For the second consecutive year, Hawaii Fumigation & Pest Control has ranked among the top 50 fastest growing small businesses in the state of Hawaii. Receiving its 2nd Ho’oulu Award, Hawaii Fumigation & Pest Control ranked #31 for 2005, up two spots from its #33 ranking in 2004. Pacific Business News in partnership with First Hawaiian Bank and PriceWaterhouse Coopers recognized the company at an awards banquet held in Honolulu on August 4.
Hawaii Fumigation & Pest Control is a small independently owned and family operated business with nine employees. With its strong reputation for quality work and expertise, the company began experiencing prominent growth following the integration of second-generation family members, which led to an invaluable blending of conventional and culturally sensitive business practices coupled with contemporary marketing and modern management skills, company officials said.
