APOPKA, Fla. — Heron Home & Outdoor announced the acquisition of Critter & Pest Defense, a pest and wildlife management company servicing the Orlando area.
Established in 2007, Critter & Pest Defense has been led by owners Carl and Stephanie Shaw, and the company prides itself on having a team of experienced and educated, professionals.
The acquisition of Critter & Pest Defense allows Heron to accelerate growth and services with the added expansion of wildlife services. While Heron already offered some wildlife services, this acquisition adds new services and talent to Heron.
Kemp Anderson, president of newly launched Kemp Anderson Consulting, represented Heron on the transaction, providing support in negotiations, due diligence, and assistance with the closing.
