ST. GEORGE, Utah — H&H Pest Management, St. George, Utah, announced the acquisition of Monticello, Utah-based San Juan Pest Management. It is the first-ever acquisition for H&H.
San Juan is a 4-person operation that services 600-plus customers in Eastern Utah and Western Colorado. The company’s owner, Thomas Wiggington, will remain as an employee of H&H, serving as the company’s San Juan branch manager.
The acquisition fills an important geographic void for H&H and provides the company with an excellent platform for westward expansion, according to H&H Sales Manager Carson Hunt. “Our existing customers that we had in that area required us to send a technician 6 to 7 hours one way to service them. With San Juan now in place, they will absorb those customers into their schedules and make them more profitable,” he said. “Most importantly, having San Juan will allow us to continue to expand our footprint further into Colorado, strengthen our Arizona accounts and soon make a move into New Mexico.”
