MANTUA, N.J. — Hoffman's Exterminating announced the addition of William Back and Anthony Hoffman.
Bach is the new general manager of the company’s Mantua, N.J. branch, replacing Hoffman Owner and President Bill Hoffman, who will concentrate on avenues of growth and development in the South Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia markets.
Bach has more than 20 years of experience in management, ranging from accounting to customer service. Most recently, he served as the operations manager and controller for a small automotive finance company and car dealership, where he managed the daily activities, including accounting, collections, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Anthony Hoffman, the nephew of Bill Hoffman, will assist in the development of sales and will work under Robert Schwenker, owner and vice president. He will be instrumental in the develop of the company’s sales division. He has more than seven years of inside sales and account management experience, most recently working at Valken Sports, Mantua N.J.
