The Mantua, N.J.-based pest elimination company makes the top 25 list as number 25 based on its growth during the determined time frame.
“We’re proud to be the only pest control company on the list. Congratulations to our staff and customers,” said Robert Schwenker, Hoffman’s Vice President.
The criteria for the companies included being located in the eight South Jersey counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Salem. Additionally, the companies must have a three-year sales history with an increase in fiscal 2005 and sales at or more than $75,000 in fiscal 2003.
"In its 11th year, the South Jersey 25 has emerged as a great way to discover and track the progress of some of the region's fastest growing companies," said Bernard Dagenais, editor of the Philadelphia Business Journal. "These companies have impressive stories to tell about fields as varied as health care, technology, construction and communications. They represent jobs, dollars and some of the best entrepreneurs that South Jersey has to offer."
The 25 companies are profiled in a special supplement of the Philadelphia Business Journal issued June 16. Click here to view that article.
