Holder's, Wil-Kil Recognized with Copesan 2017 Quality Partner of the Year Awards

HOUSTON and MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Copesan announced that partners Wil-Kil Pest Control and Holder's Pest Solutions were recognized as Copesan 2017 Quality Partners of the Year. Wil-Kil, based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., was recognized in the large category, while Houston-based Holder's was honored in the medium category,

Copesan’s Quality Partner of the Year is awarded to the Copesan Partner with the highest level of consistent quality in its division, including service delivery, net promoter score (NPS), audits and action plan follow-through and adherence to specific client protocols.

“We are thrilled to be named Copesan’s 2017 Quality Partner of the Year,” said Jeff Keller, regional manager of Holder’s Pest Solutions. “Our technicians ensure all of our clients receive the highest level of personal service and unconditional satisfaction. As a long-standing Copesan Partner, we are honored to be recognized for our commitment to quality pest management services.” 

This was the third consecutive year Wil-Kil earned this recognition from Copesan.

Both companies were recognized at Copesan’s annual awards banquet held on Feb. 13, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nev.
