ATLANTA – Rollins Inc., announced today that it promoted Gwyn Hollins to assistant vice president of application development effective Dec. 12, 2011. Hollins is responsible for managing all external vendor software development relationships and managing Rollins’ internal application integration and .Net development team and software developers assigned to the ServSuite implementation project.
“Gwyn brings extensive experience in managing software development projects,” said Lee Crump, vice president of Rollins business support. “In her new role, she will ensure the quality delivery of the new business systems that will keep Rollins at the forefront of customer service.”
The position was created as a result of Rollins moving from in-house, custom-developed systems to packaged solutions and the need to properly manage software vendors.
Hollins joined Rollins in 2007 as a project manager responsible for managing all task activity and software development for the company’s routing and scheduling system. In January 2010, she was promoted to director of application development and managed a development team focused on field service applications. In January 2011 she moved to managing all external software development efforts.
