This certification was developed to help homeowners and commercial customers identify firms that have met rigorous standards in every aspect of professional pest management. To date, fewer than 2% of all firms in the country have attained the QualityPro designation.
To earn the QualityPro mark of excellence, pest management firms must demonstrate that their service technicians have mastered the pest management industry’s “best practices” as defined by industry, university and consumer leaders. Employees must prove their proficiency by passing a series of technical tests and must also establish the quality of their character by undergoing thorough background investigations.
Along with providing customers with professionalism, QualityPro companies offer clear and fair warranties for all services performed – and honor those promises to the customer’s satisfaction. QualityPro companies protect the environment as well, as they employ environmentally sound integrated pest management practices.
