The National Pest Management Association reminds PMPs that possess “chemicals of concern” that the deadline for submitting Top-screens to the Department of Homeland Security is Jan. 22. Chemicals on the Department’s list used by PMPs include phosphine, aluminum phosphide and magnesium phosphide. Failure to comply with the new regulations could result in civil penalties of $25,000/day.
