DALLAS — The Tullius Company announced that HomeTeam Pest Defense, Dallas, Texas, has acquired Alliance Pest Management Services, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Founded in 1995 by Alan Feuer, Alliance is a leading New Mexico pest control company. The company provides both residential and commercial pest control services, as well as termite control services. The company services the counties of Bernalillo, Sandoval, Valencia, Torrance and Los Alamos. The acquisition provides HomeTeam a sought after entry into the Albuquerque market.
The Tullius Company represented HomeTeam Pest Defense in the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
