DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense announced it has acquired Spott Pest Prevention based in San Diego, Calif. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
“Spott Pest Prevention has had tremendous success developing their residential and commercial pest control business in southern California. Their service model fits perfectly with HomeTeam’s objective - offer superior customer service by exceptional employees,” said Jerry Gahlhoff, president of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
“This acquisition will allow us to expand our geographic coverage in the San Diego market. We are pleased to welcome Spott Pest Prevention customers and employees to HomeTeam,” Gahlhoff added.
