DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense has acquired the assets of the Las Vegas business operation of Arrow Exterminators. In return, HomeTeam Pest Defense sold the assets of its Dalton, Ga., operations to Arrow. This marks the 29th acquisition within the last three years for HomeTeam.
“Las Vegas was attractive to us because it increases our presence in a strong home building market and fits our strategic objective of purchasing companies for tuck-in capabilities in high-growth areas,” says Rob Swartz, chairman and CEO at HomeTeam.
For the past 10 years, HomeTeam has embarked on a solid acquisition campaign. HomeTeam is now the third largest residential pest control company in the U.S. and the largest serving home builders.
As part of the agreement, Las Vegas Arrow employees were offered positions with HomeTeam and the Dalton HomeTeam employees were offered positions with Arrow Exterminators.
