DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense, Dallas, Texas, has acquired Morgan Pest Control, Las Vegas, Nev.
Founded in 1955 by H. Ray Morgan, the business was purchased in 1982 and has been owned ever since by Roger Stark. Morgan Pest Control is one of the largest independent pest control companies in the growing city of Las Vegas. The majority of the company’s revenues are generated through its pest control services provided to residential customers. HomeTeam, which has an existing Las Vegas operation, was interested to build on that presence so that it could more adequately service the growing demands of this market.
The Tullius Company represented HomeTeam Pest Defense in the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
