DALLAS, Texas - HomeTeam Pest Defense, Dallas, Texas, has acquired Suncal Pest Management, San Diego, Calif.
Founded in 1992 by Ray Keech, Suncal is among the leading providers of termite and pest control services throughout the San Diego area. The acquisition will provide HomeTeam with its first branch office in the San Diego market, an area it has been trying to establish a presence in for some time.
The Tullius Company represented HomeTeam Pest Defense in the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
