HonorGuard Pest Management
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – HonorGuard Pest Management announced the acquisition of three pest control companies: Home Pest Control, Old Hickory, Tenn., Williamson County Pest Control, Franklin, Tenn., and Bert’s Pest Control, Columbia Tenn.
The acquisitions further establish HonorGuard Pest Management’s presence in the state of Tennessee, the company said, with its headquarters in Nashville, Tenn., and branches in Shelbyville, Tenn., Knoxville, Tenn., and Atlanta, Ga.
“By opening offices in Old Hickory, Franklin and Columbia, we’re able to quickly respond to customers’ needs,” said Kyle Hawley, owner of HonorGuard Pest Management. “Partnering with local pest control companies has been a great way to provide customers with a local company they can trust to serve their needs.”
Home Pest Control has been a family-owned company for 50 years, while Williamson County Pest Control was founded by father and son, Jeff and Joseph Pair, in 2021.
Bert’s Pest Control is also a locally owned and operated company, having served Columbia, Tenn., for over 21 years.
“We have seen tremendous revenue growth this past year, mainly through partnering with local pest control companies,” said Hawley. “We’re striving to serve clients by building trust through long-lasting relationships.”
